Do you have a license or are you being a pirate. I can give you a 64 bit w/ SP1 from the MSDN site but activating it is up to you.

If you dont know how it works OP, if you have a vista disk already (again, doesnt matter what version) install it without a key. It will say you need to put it in after its installed, then choose the version of windows you need. It will install it with a 30 day ‘trial’ period.

you can buy a 32 bit version of ultimate from a guy on craigs for $30. Buffalo area, search vista 32. He lives in Holland. $30 is cheap.
