Thing was fine, brand new in the box.

lately the Salvo has really been trying to fuck people on price. I went there with my roomate looking for a TV stand, and he was looking for a couch. They wanted $150 for a walmart entertainment center, and $300 for a couch that looked like it had formerly resided in a tweaker den.
Fuck them.

When i moved into my apt, it didn’t come with applicances.
I had to scramble and buy stove/fridge/washer/dryer in like a week.
I got everything except a stove used on craigslist or the paper or whatever.
I went into the salvation army, i needed a cheap oven (I hardly cook anyways).
They had a price of 200 dollars on a 1970’s yellow oven.
I talked to the dude up front, he’s like nah i can’t take best offer.
Fuck em, how are poor people supposed to shop there when its such a ripoff?
I ended up getting a basic kenmore oven for 75 bucks from a used appliance shop, and the dude tuned it up and put all new elements in it, thing looks like a brand new 1980 oven.
