WTB: torque wrench

Just like the title says looking to buy a torque wrench. has to be fully working shape, 3/8" drive and in ft. lbs.

All the torque wrenches that I have seen are 1/2" drive for ft/lbs and 3/8" drive for in/lbs.

i’ve used several snap-on ones that were 3/8 ft lbs. but canadian tire only has the 3/8" in in. lbs.

its in foot pounds. at Home Depot. My brother picked it up and its pretty good. why pay soo much for a snap on one. How Off could it be???
