as far as i know its galled a gas free mig welder…?

ok yeah, so the one in the free candy thread won’t work?

no… i don’t need to emphasize GAS FREE anymore do i?

Read that again!

DOESNT COME WITH GAS VALVES… as in you can add them if you wanted to down the road.

What I have is a Craftsman 110v GAS-LESS (at the moment) MIG welder, with flux core wire already loaded in it.

come buy it!:ahh

With flux core you don’t need gas, solid core you do.

Truff /\

But it burns hotter and creates schlag you have to knock/wire wheel off… but gets the job done…

FUCK I wouldnt even call it a Gass-less “MIG”

It is more like a gassless wire feed welder. MIG stands for Metal Inert GAS… flux core = no shielding gas = no gas valves = BUY MY OLD WELDER.

flux core = shield gas. outtershield wire = no gas

Wat? LOL

lets not confuse everyone.

When are you going to teach me how to TIG weld? Ill buy the beer… if you supply the know how! :bowdown

I have that same Craftsman welder for a few years now. Shit works great for pretty much anything if you know how to use it right.

YEP. It taught me ALOT about welding. Never went to a school, or took a class… Just went at it. I would keep it and throw a set of valves on it and a tank and use it for tacking up big pieces and finishing them on my new TIG. but, I need moneyz to finish up jetta!
