If you guys want second shift or nights/weekends get into security. Go get you license and any security will hire you on the spot if you want those hours.

Ya. Something had to happen becuase that place was so nice inside and they put a lot of work into it and after like 1 year it was just closed.
I used to work security at a bar downtown on the weekends. It was OK but that kind of environment really made me never want to go out again so I got out of it. On top of having a knife pulled on me a few times, I figured it would be hard to explain to my boss why I have a stab wound in my side.
Still do occasional help for larger events and parties which is cool.
Bar security isn’t what I’m talking about, those places hire there own staff. These are companies that generally hold corporate accounts, completely different ball game.
It may be too late, but I just got a PT job with the 2010 census bureau. Great pay, and they reimburse you for mileage.
I took the test about 2 months ago though, and got a perfect score, and just got called.
That’s odd. Something def had to of happened, I don’t remember it being in the news or anything about why it closed though…
I wonder if I could get a job working security at where I work already haha.
