I have 3 printers…a color laser, a wide format, and a crap box with a scanner.
My wide format will not print wide format even tho the settings all are good to go.
It grabs the paper…and says NOOOOOOOOOO Paper feed lights up.
I scaled the settings back to print 8.5 x 11 through it and that worked.
What would cause it to lose its mind when I want 11x17s?

installed the CD and went fine.
check the manufactures site, this may have been a problem they fixed with a new driver version. What program are you printing from and what OS are you using?

If you change from 8.5"x11" to 11"x17" Page Size in the printing preferences it will allow you to do so without problems?
it wont print 11x17…so if i switch back to 8.5 x 11 it prints fine on an 11x17 paper
Check the manufacturers website for a driver update. Also while you’re there take a look and see if there’s a firmware update for your printer as well.
