Its in kenmore, side by side. 2 bedroom. 1 bath. kitchen appliances. off street parking, garage space, basement storage area, water, and wireless internet as long as you dont hog all my bandwidth lol are included. Electric, Gas, tv/phone not included. The current tennant is still there now, so it may not be for a couple months. He said he is trying to buy his own house. we are looking for someone quiet, prefer no students. good credit and refs.
