WTT: 98 Subaru Impreza RS

Hey all.

I have a 1998 Subaru Impreza RS that I am interested in trading for a cheaper vehicle with some money on top.
I’m particularily interested in 240’s, old Pathfinders, or any 600cc bike :E but will consider most trades with cash.
I realize that this isn’t a Nissan so it probably won’t get much attention but I thought I’d give it a shot.

-2.5L Horizontally Opposed (Boxer) 4 cylinder
-Black
-5 speed
-AWD
-Coupe
-Brand new system installed (2 Kicker 10" CVR’s, Alpine 9855 deck, Kenwood 1000W amp , Alpine 5 1/4", JBL 6 1/2")
-Clean body and interior
-Wheels look brand new (recently refinished)
-Pretty quick (165hp, 165lb/tq)
-Power Sunroof, Windows, Mirrors.
-Tint
-188k (seems high, but this car has been well maintained and Boxer’s have been known to even outlast ka24’s)
-Other than that, it’s bone stock

This car would be a lot of fun to turbo or swap an ej20 (WRX engine).
I haven’t owned if for very long (couple of months) but I never planned on keeping it for very long.

I’m wanting to trade because I need money for Uni. and living expenses but still need something to boot around in.

This car has also had a recent inspection in which is passed with flying colours (could use new tires by winter time)

For reference sake, I’d say the car is worth $12,000.

The car looks nice, i definately would’ve looked into this if I didn’t just buy a car. I love Subies! Good luck with the trade :smiley:

I tend to go through a lot of cars. Hard for me to get attached I suppose. This would be a fun little car to mod but its more than I need at the moment. Getting lots of attention from the Autotrader, will probably end up getting sold quicker than I expected. But if anyone has any trade offers, I’d be happy to hear them.

The nasioc forum would be a good place to put a for sale post.

True, but I’m not that motivated to sell, plus NASIOC is too big of a forum with mostly Americans on it.
