I have an original release date 360…

Lately (as in the last 2 weeks since I blew the dust off it to play it) the CD tray has been getting stuck. Now it just won’t do anything, will not eject the disc tray.

After about 5 minutes of fast button pushing the disc tray comes out as normal, I can hear the motor activating all the time but the disc tray just won’t come out.

Can anyone help me out with a how-to quick fix or maybe know how to fix it?

I really miss playing GTA IV

This is a launch date console? As in 11/2005?

Correct, original launch date console. Thanks for the link that actually helps a lot. I’ll look at it tomorrow when I’m sober enough to use small tools lol.
