XDC / HIN comes to Buffalo 7/21

I hate elite creationzz. So ugly.

Tjin does some top notch work!

The turbo on that blue rx7 was massive

I wouldn’t have minded the show if it only costed $10-15
But $25 was too much for that. Espically going into thinking HIN was there.
I mean importfest in Toronto is only $20 and those shows trump this one.

so true…i was upset, i was looking half the day for a HIN booth, or something…it was wack, true disappointment. …at least the drift was good.

I really wish I was there to see how someone actually drove this car… if at all:

Wow flashback to 2003. So much garbage.

For some reason I had it in my head that the show would be decent because of the HIN name. FAIL. There were a few really nice cars there but for the most part the show was a fucking joke. It amazes me that the owners of some of these cars aren’t embarrassed. Do people really think other people come to car shows to look at rusty ass piles of shit? Or a dodge neon with pieces of Subaru fenders slapped on with caulking? Such a joke.

At least the drifting was fun to watch…

+1 ^

Hey, I just noticed one of the drifters had a boosted S2K motor. No wonder he was the best out there lol

That whole team was so chill and kind, them along with the ignite sponsored mustang

You mean he was the only one who somehow managed to not qualify when there were only ~10 drivers?

shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
lol

Yup haha

I thought there were 12 drivers? They could have had a few more if they let some of the local guys out there the BATB did.

It wasn’t a closed event, pay entrance fee, pass tech, attempt to qualify.

The guys I talked to said it wasn’t, but that was probably because of the tech part. I think BATB must not have had the same rules but I never went to that event.

That’s because the local “guys” don’t want to cage their cars. Stupid “street spirit” attitude. It was an open event if you met tech and paid the entry fee. BATB was not a drift competition it was just an open drift session attached to a car show with virtually no tech or safety rules.

this!

One of the guys told me they needed to be “licensed” in order to drift at the event. I just said “oh” and didn’t question it further.

Regardless, can’t knock 'em for putting on the drifting that they did.

Exactly

I’m not. Just saying, no license needed.
