I am well aware. My father used to do body building (well still does to a smaller extent). DJ calls my dad Hulk Hogan…
Anyways, he researched all of his stuff (because im clueless) and devised a couple routines for me to do. As of now I have a schedule mon-sat working in each body part on diff days & cardio. He outlined each exercise for me.
If not for him I would have been one of those clueless people at the gym walking to whatever machine i felt up to, but now I actually have stuff to do.
Its been about 3 weeks thats Ive been on routine 1 and planet fitness is just hard with like 12 year old boys “trying” to lift weight and staring at themselves in the mirror.
what gym does ur father go to?
I go to the Y in Clifton Park all the time, works well for me. I do about 90% treadmill and lift for a few minutes at the end of the workout.
Beep-Beep- My father has his own gym at his house.
