As for providers, rogers IS fucked… I hate them so much. But I wouldnt’ say bell is all that better, try to get some no-name DSL, best bang for the buck imo. Right now for 40 bucks a month, free modem, I get over 600 a sec from the nice servers, well over 400 everywhere else, including torrents and porn Upstream I’ve clocked myself hitting a max of 140 a sec, but usually it stays 120 and under.
