My father and myself built one of these a few years ago. Really cool project if you got the room and the money. We only got a 5.0L from a mustang but it’s still fast as fuck. Likely the fastest car I’ve ever driven.
He also recently bought one of these. 4 speed turbo, terrifying when it rains. Very cool car.
I don’t really have a dream car of my own though. You can’t thrash dream cars so what’s the point?

i think these car weigh about 2100lbs. you could put a shitty SR in there and the car would probably still be fast lol. what did it cost your dad to build the car, ball park? was he able to register it in canada? deos he still got it?

No idea how much it weighs. Can’t remember how much he spent. The car is actually registered in Canada as a 1965 Shelby Cobra, no idea how he managed that. Yes he still has it.
I’ll post some pics of the Goodwin collection one day so you can all be jealous.
