They are nice manifolds, definatly worth the money. They inconel (sp?) ones for the z32 with a very similar design are around $2000.
I will take some pictures this week. I won’t be at the garage for a couple days.
Are you using an external or interanlly gated turbo?
HKS 40mm External wastegate… that is the main reason why I would like a pixs of the complete exhaust manifold setup(drives and passenger side). I’ll probably be using a GT35R or GT40 turbo. :E
My new intake design…What do you think??? it will still be getting polished just gotta bye more polishing compound.
You do the welding yourself? If so that looks really slick, keep up the good work!
Yes I did the welding, I fabricated eveything on it myself, all the flanges too.
thats pimp shit!!! good job!!
Hot shit Lange!
so when are you hoping to have this monster on the road?
When there is no snow around. For summer time. Oops this is jason commenting singed in on roberts account.
My awesome modifaction, I ground off all the cill cap stuff on the water neck and then welded the hole up ground it smooth and polished it…so hot…reason is my radiator has a fill cap on it.
Very nice dood! :tonqe:
Too sexy Jason, keep up the amazing work!
Master fabricator at work! :thumb
God that intake Mani is the sex…although i think you may lean out the first 2 cylinders a bit…but im sure you already are taking that into account.
How would the #1 and 2 icylinders get leaned out, the whole thing is going to be at the same pressure and only 2cylinders have their intake valves open at once. 1 and 5, 2 and4, and 3 and 6. I believe that there won’t be any problems. If all the intake valves took air in at the same time I would need to worry about it more.
looks pretty fly lange!
I love that Rad.

Im mainly talking in off boost conditions. I know that high HP rb26’s and such flow a shit load of air into #6, and it is a real problem. A VG shouldnt be any different, and running 5% extra injector duty cycle while off boost for example is as simple of a fix as you would need, and in my opinion probably a good idea.
Yeah I suppose, we will see how it is when it is flow tested.
