as stated before, this car has a lot of sentimental value to me, otherwise i would have picked up a hardtop(slicktop) car. The car has been through 3 different project buildups and fallouts.
1st - initial TT motor swap, which only made it one week because of an incompent shop called speedlab NYC. shitty turbos, shitty rebuilt motor.
2nd - had the first single turbo setup on the VG30 in the states… lasted one day due to engine builder flaws (threw a rod, loose bolt)
3rd - I decided i was tired of getting f*cked over by shops, so i built the third motor myself. Ran great, made 620whp on stock heads/cams without any tuning… i sometimes wish i did headwork and had the car properly tuned, i was running a 74mm turbo which should have made some really impressive numbers, but i decided to sell the motor and go to the rb26.
and now 4th - 25.1 pro outlaw RWD car
more updates in the next few weeks, car should be ready to rip in the spring
