Ive decided I want a different daily and have grown out of this so here it is up for sale.
The car is not mint and I will outline where I have noticed rust starting to form.
Mechanically it is a nice car to drive and has no issues. I winter drive this car and I am very honest with where this car needs attention, many on here can back up that I know what I am doing around these cars.
1995 Nissan 240sx LE, KA24DE
-Leather Seats. Interior is in GOOD shape everything including rear defrost works.
-NO sunroof.
-Power windows, locks and mirrors
-Fog lights.
-Keyless entry w/ silvia key.
-ROOF WING and DECK ARE NOT INCLUDED
GOOD:
VERY STOCK AND UNMOLESTED. Ready for you to BUILD.
-Really reliable car has needed very minor fixes to keep going.
-Megan type 2 Catback with Test pipe, 3" sounds nice and mellow. ($400)
-newer alternator.
-oil changed every 5000k
-Kouki tail lights. ($200+)
-Comes with summers and snows, each set mounted on 16" factory alloy wheels.
-Turn key reliable ready to go 240sx.
-No grinds in any of the gears.
-VLSD still locks.
-Oil change done 500km ago.
-Last tank of fuel went 550 on 49 liters, driving carefully.
-new brake pads rotors and drivers side rear caliper.
-ebrake works.
BAD:
-Like every winter driven 240 it has rust.
-The frame is solid, near the gas pedal there is a hole that is forming which is not a difficult thing to fix and is not structural.
-Also the rocker has a large hole and the area around it is bubbling.
-Normal KA timing chain rattle on start up.
-Rear left wheel arch has been repaired and is starting to bubble, like any 240 project you would be doing overfenders/widebody which would eliminate this issue.
-Front bumper cover has a crack zip tied up and a few dings, we all know you can buy a used colour matching bumper for peanuts on here I just havent cared or bothered to.
-Right corner light mounting tabs broken, Zip tie it in or buy another one for pennys.
-235,000KM.
-Large scratch on drivers door.
-Drivers side paint doesnt match perfectly because of previous owner having the quarter fixed.
I have included as much information as possible because I am very busy and I dont want to spend time with tire kickers and losers. You should be able to make an educated decision on wether or not you want to purchase this car, at that point contact me and come look at it.
I am not trying to scam anyone, this car needs someone to work on it as their primary project.
I feel this FS thread is very honest, and your comments should reflect that.

If the car does not sell I will keep it, repair it for the price of sheet metal+my time and sell it for a lot more in the spring, does not matter to me.
