ZR1 in Buffalo

nice pics Joe, too bad I won’t get a chance to drive one for a while

I was told I have a good chance of getting a ride in one. I’m hoping it happens.

How many did you guys sell?
And curious, are the buyers going to drive them or hold on to them and hope they can make $$$ down the line.

If I had one, I’d drive the hell out of it.

no one will ever make money off of it.The last car that is even close to making money would be the GNX which was 30K plus tax if ya could get one for sticker in 87.
They say money in the bank/bonds will double itself every 7 yrs so you would have to sell the car today for 90K.That’s not even counting insurance, upkeep, etc.
Get them to drive them and 2,000 a yr isn’t too rare.If they made a limited edition 1 of 50 one then you may have something.

I wouldn’t even want one really. I’d rather put 20K into a Z06 and kick the crap outta the ZR1 and save 30K.

Heck my vette with another ~15K prolly could lay a butt kicking on a Zr1

i was watching Barrett jackson last night, GM is selling off 200 some cars from the heritage collection. There has to be 5-10 89-early 90s ZR1. There was a blk ZR1 with active suspension and even a big block 454 Zr2. Looks like the release of the new ZR1 is making there cars go for big money. The ZR1 with active suspension went for 137K.

There was a sub 1K mile one locally for sale recently for 35 or 40.

I heard from a tech that used to work there that Basil chevy was getting one it but the owner already bought it for himself and that he was just going to display it in the show room for a few weeks when they got it in for the public to drool over

Dang Basil and their snky ness
