I have 2 sti short blocks, one is missing a piston (cracked) and I believe has no other damage. The other block I don’t remember but the crank and bearings might be damaged.
Stop by come take a look, i’m looking to get at least $75 a piece.
are they ej255 or ej257 ?
If Sti I’d assume 257. Paul, these stock bore? If one has clean bores I could use one for a core to rebuild Chris’s 255 LGT motor as a spare/seller for him.
Yes, they are 257. The bores are stock and in good condition with no major scratches or pits!
I’ll take one. I’ll be up tomorrow, I have to go to capitalland anyway. I had to sell the last one for a clutch :rofl
Caz if you’re definitely going to buy one, get the one that had a cracked piston. Paul says the bores are good and I trust him on that, but at least with that case you don’t have to worry about bottom end issues(machining wise).
