Why do most of the 240s on here still suck??

Here are a list of shit-mods that are constantly being done:

1. Painting the hood black when car isn’t black
2. Painting side skirts black when car isn’t black
   3) Painting the car flat black
3. Putting on meaningless and useless stickers
4. Installing “HID” bulbs
5. ?

Almost every 240 I see, (mostly s13s) usually has one of the following as mentioned above.

does that count if the car doesnt match colours to start and u just want 1colour??
