I instructed in the ferrari for his first run. Nice car, he was a pretty good driver, probably just didn’t want to hit any cones in it.

Glad to hear you had a good time! Next event try to get a ride with one of the instructors, especially if you can get in another AS car. It’s amazing what they can do, and fun to see what you will be up against once you’re out of Novicehood.
i will try to get a picture of it later but I cracked my left front brake rotor. and when i say cracked i don’t mean the little stress cracks that surround my rotors i mean a crack that is about 1.5" long and goes all the weay through the rotor material. this just goes to show that you should ALWAYS inspect your car after each run. aparently i ran at least 1 session with the rotor like that.

second run he hit some - then i think he left, probably had to clean the scuffs

I’ve got some bad sunburn here too…and it was a conscious decision to not put any on. Good first event. I had fun and the car felt solid on the old race rubber, made no changes to anything all day.
