I am trying to find the resistance of the mute wire on an rx8, anybody install an aftermarket radio in there rx8 and willing to take it out and test it for me?
as you said itll be grounding.
have a look at the wiring and make sure the wire is completely insulated and isnt trapped against any metal.
I know on my kenwood its a brown wire with a sticker on saying tel. mute
