who runs the summit things? maybe we should contact them and tell them “you have an import section, and a muscle car section…make an nyspeed section and we can guarentee 20 or so more cars…and better cars at that…a week…”

even the worst of asshats on here that regularly post and show at the meets dont compare to some of the stories of asshats and their cars that usually show at this summit park meet…
if i can get enough of a following for my idea, i’ll take the time to call 103.3 the edge or whoever else is involved with running the event, and see what they would be willing to do for us…

i talked to one rep from the edge who somewhat liked the idea…and then was told to leave a voicemail for another guy, so i did so…
just trying to see what i can get done, but if they do agree to allow us our own section, i will not finalize it until i get word for the go from a mod…and only then will i start a new thread taking votes trying to see who would be in for sure

Kustom Workz get their own spot but they also give lots of cash to 103.3 for commercials and sponser the event…we just need to find another really good spot for meets this year
we gotta make sure we do 4 or 5 southtowns backroads cruises this year also … those are a fuckin riot
I am down for some backroads cruises, this is prob. off topic but I have a couple good ones from like Angola to the Salamanca Casino if anyone is down we can plan it.

and for the backroads cruises, i think the general idea is to mot get to far from buffalo, in case, lets say, someone blows a crank seal, drains the oil pan without noticing, and has to get flatbedded home, so the farther south we go, the longer it takes to get drug back home broken, and the more bored cops we run the risk of bumping into also
