I’ll keep my 03 :). The GT500 will be a mean car when its finally on the streets. The drivetrain is very impressive 475/475, but the weight of the car is terrible. The coupe is supposed to come in at just under 4000lb and the vert of course over 4000. I kind of like the way the gt500 looks and I don’t. Some aspects of the car look plain, especially from the side and rear, it doesn’t look aggressive. Also, for nearly $40K (rumored msrp) i’d expect to have atleast painted mirrors and sideskirts. Another rumor floating around is that they are using weak connecting rods in the motor, but we’ll see when they start getting modded. Hopefully they’ll respond as well to mods as the 03/04’s do. Like I said before, i like the car for the power it’ll put down :tup:, but the rest gets a :tif:

As always we’re on the same page. I’d MUCH rather keep my 04 over this car. It’s NICE, but just doesnt impress me like the 03 did when it first came out. It needs more attitude. Drivetrain is a :tup: though. And I agree with Spence also, the rims are weaaak sauce.

Word. I prefer the look of the 03-04 Cobra. But…you can’t deny the power in this new car. I am sure when I see one in person, I will love it.
