I thought I'd pass it along that BMW recently released a $7,500 rebate on the new '08 M3's still sitting on lots. My dealer said that it's new enough that most probably aren't aware of it yet. I bought my '08 today new with 200 miles on it for $49,900 + TTL! This is a great time to be buying if you're in the market and can afford it!

The $7,500 rebate is in addition to any other discount that the dealer wishes to give. Their first offer was invoice of $64,395 - $7,500. I told him that if he can get the price down to $49,900 I'd take it. So, I signed the sheet at $49,900, and he went to the managers. I had a print out of the EXACT same car that I did a buy-it-now on from eBay at $49,900 this morning but the dealer would not honor (long story, separate thread). His manager would not match the price, but he went over his head to the GM and he said sell it! BMWNA doesn't have any special finance offers with this deal, but I got a 3.99% interest rate for 60 mos. from Pentagon Federal Credit Union! [www.penfed.org](http://www.penfed.org/) I checked it out this morning after reading about it on m3post. I paid the $25 to join, and I was literally approved within minutes after submitting it online. I will have the check tomorrow in time for a pickup in the afternoon. ![http://forums.offtopic.com/images/smilies/smile.gif](http://forums.offtopic.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

So when are you upgrading buddy? I saw you standing in pats driveway this weekend but i was in a hurry and couldn’t stop.

Already contacted a couple dealers…

wow is that a tempting offer…

fwiw: that credit union mentioned above has AMAZING rates…

Fuck dude, I’ve barely put on 6k miles on this car haha. I just saw that and am surprised…there’s over 250 of them for sale right now…wonder if they’ll go cheaper in the summertime…

wow, thats an awesome price… so much better than $65k :wtf:

:ohnoes:

That is a great price. I’d love to make a sideways move into a white Sedan. Sadly it’s not in the cards right now. But I forwarded it to a few friends, thanks

AW, CF roof, and Imola Red interior…yes please!

I hear the sedans didn’t move too well, I bet you could work some magic on that.

3.99% on a used car up to 60 mo? That is pretty good, albeit i haven’t been looking much lately.
damn, I wish I was in the position to buy a $50k car.
ugh.

they don’t make imola anymore :frowning:

I would be going 335 coupe to m3 sedan.

Dream red interior is JUST as good, if not better. My buddy Alan has it in his white 335i with aluminum accents. Probably one of my favorites of all time.

Probably could, but I’m just going to do suspension and brakes on the M5 and call it a day.

damn I wish I had a real job right now

I bet a majority of the leftover 08s are SMG.

Lots of 6 speed manuals from what I have found.

^how serious are you about this. lol. btw, whats options does your 335 have?

I will definitely do it if I can swing a deal I am happy with. My 335 coupe is jet black/black/aluminum, sport, premium, cold weather, ipod, power rear sunshade with 10,500 miles.

no nav? btw, im pissed I never got a ride in it. :-p
