it “occured” to me but i figured since pureeurom3 has met his twice he would recognize that it is not the same guy trying to pick the money up.

when doing deals… make sure you agree BEFOREHAND on what percentage of the deposit is refundable

if he wants to be a dick at most i would only give back half, because to give it all back would be a waste of your time.

When I worked at the dealership about 3 years ago we had a guy who left w $2000.00 deposit on a 2001 Toyota Celica GT-S we never heard from him for a month, we tryed calling both his numbers with no luck, we left him messages and sent him registered laters and all and nothing.
3 months later we found out he got killed in a car crash on the 401 with the car he was going to trade in 97 Probe GT. We fealt bad so we gave his family a full refund.
I hope this guy is okay…but if you don’t hear from him then you made your self a 1000 dollars! Good for you!
