-speedo calibrated? is it off? didn’t think you are going that fast 
-was cop clocking you? if not, cop cannot exceed the speed limit by more than 11 miles per hour unless they have their lights on or ordered by superior officer(the last time i read)
-know a local police officer

they only take your licence for double the speed limit if you’re under 18
where at on 65? There is a long flat spot on 65, I’m not sure what township it is, but coming from beaver county its right before the aquaduct where you merge onto 79. But anyways, the cops there get crazy kickbacks and shit for speeding tickets, so if you are even 1mph over they nail you and I think the magistrate pretty much lets you get nailed as well.
