I am very very sad to say but it is time to let go of my bug. We are in need of a new mini-van so ultimately the needs of my family come before mine :).
-1974 Beetle
-1600 dual port motor
-Km’s are unknown as the previous owner who build it replaced the tach when he had the entire interior re-done, however the tach says 6,000 km’s on it.
-Full air ride suspensions. The car can go right to the floor.
-Deep dish rims (staggered)
-Rotors and Callipers conversion done on front and rear
-interior as has all be re-done
-factory sunroof
-loud exhaust (unknown make)
-roof rack with ammo box
-12v conversion
The car does not need any repairs as everything is running perfectly, however there are a few small issues…

The passenger window decided to come off the track for some reason. I will try and fix it next week.

The carb needs to be tinkered with. Drivers A++ but is unable to idle perfectly at stop light. I just tap or feather the accelerator to keep the RPM’s up. Nothing serious, but could be a bit of an annoyance if you are not use to it.

Yes it leaks a little bit of oil. If you google it every single beetle drips a bit of oil. it’s called leaving their mark. Nothing major.

Body has been repainted but is not showroom condition. Has dings here and there.
All in all this is a very unique car. Use it for pleasure, promoting your business etc. Because it is a vintage car I only pay $250 a YEAR for car insurance, yes a year.
Appraised at $16,000. I am asking $7800 as we hope to have a new minivan before our road trip this winter.
