N/A RX-7 fuel pump does not flow 250lph, the T2 FC fuel pump does not even flow 250lph…
T2 FC pumps have been tested and proven to flow less than 200lph, N/A FC pumps even less.

this is incorrect. Emissions tests are good for 1 year when transferring ownership.
