1994 Miata

Car is just too much fun. Have decided to keep it. No longer for sale.

I want to finish remodeling my house more than I need my toy, so the Miata is up for sale.

It’s a California car. Lots of tiny dings and paint chips, a scuff on the nose, but no major dents and the only rust ANYWHERE on the body is light, surface-only in a few of the tiny chips. Bought it from a dealer in CA two years ago and it’s been garaged through the winters.

I have the clean title for this car in hand. No liens.

Previous owner was an old nurse who listened to new age music and drove it to church (I found her gray hair, name tag, a cd she left in the head unit, and her bingo cards and church flyers when I had the interior out).

89k miles. Was automatic, but I swapped out the transmision for a manual.

I thought the engine was consuming coolant, but since replacing radiator the problem has completely disappeared. Old one was leaky.

New this year:
New timing belt and water pump
All-aluminum radiator
ACT XTSS Clutch
ACT ProLite flywheel
NAPA rotors
Hawk HPS pads
Energy Suspension bushing kit
Redline fluids in transmission and differential
Frame rail braces
Soft top (glass window, zipperless)
New radiator hoses
Stainless brake lines
Mazdaspeeed motor mounts

Optional Extras (currently installed, I will remove and replace with stock if you don’t want them or we can’t agree on a price):
Boss Frog Dual Hoop roll bar
Enkei RPF1 wheels (perfect, one has a single 2mm scratch on it. Zero curb rash) w/ Azenis
Aftermarket suspension (NB Illumina shocks, NB mounts, FatCat bushings, Ground Control bumpstops)

And I have some 15x8’s for this

Thanks for all the positive feedback, folks.

Anyone have any questions about the car?

VIN is JM1NA3536R0512513

Nice car very clean, saw it on the 33 today (red Jetta CF hood)

question what was hanging down under the car? and where you not freezing? lol

Thanks. Your TDI was pretty quick.

Likely a connector for the wideband o2 sensor. Started installing it in preparation for standalone ECU install, but didn’t complete the wiring. Zip tied the connector out of the way, guess it shook loose. Not a big deal at all, but thanks for the heads up- I’ll sort it out tomorrow after work.

Re: being cold… Nope. If it’s above 50 and not raining, it’s top-down weather. Driving it is just too much fun; never occurs to you to be cold.

so are you selling the adaptronic?

After the car sells, possibly. If the buyer doesn’t want it. Buyer of car gets their pick o’ the parts.

I definitely appreciate the free bumps, but to be fair to everyone else please PM me with questions not related to purchasing the car.

Always wanted a little car like this.

What about a cat? Will you sell a cat? Is it flea-less? Firm or best offer? Will it catch mice?

You totally forgot to include the important stuff in this thread

XD Vouch for the seller and the car, he definitely did everything right. I’ll offer some more pictures tomorrow.

I’ve seen this car in pieces and together, it is really solid for an “older” car.

X…

It’s just too much fun, can’t bring myself to sell it. No longer for sale.
