Lightweight AASCO Flywheel and Sachs sport clutch less than 10K miles(new rear main seal replaced same time just becasue)
Yeah, sure it was “just because” lol. This cars are known for their RMS leaks which destroy the engine. Especially '99’s.
wtf v. anal beads on the shifter
You’re the king of finding cheap and most likely beat to shit “higher end” cars…
106k? there are better deals out there on 911s
Paging patty cakes.
im probably picking up a 911 of some sorts over the next year or so… but its gonna be at least AWD, and probably turbo… they are starting to get into my price range…
there is a 2000 C4 on ebay right now for 27k with 70k miles on it… but its green and stock
Hello car, good bye engine. Bad year for them…
Viper,
C4s are fucking stupid IMO unless you drive in the snow as a daily
a turbo car on the other hand is awesome
it is going to be a year round daily… i dont do the 2 car switch… so yea… was planning on having to get it snowy…
Not sure about on a Porsche but on the cars I’ve done clutches on the rear main is right there when you do the clutch. It would make sense to me to do it “just because” since you’ve already done 99% of the labor to change it getting to the clutch. Even more so on a car that is known to blow them.
nice car
that’s really poor.
I would buy this one because it is silver, black sucks.
And this guy has great garages. lol

There are some for sale at dealers for even cheaper.
Edit: I should ad that is the ugliest years for the 911 evar!
I dont want to sound like an ass.
But trust me, in this case, I know what I’m talking about.
On a '99 if he doesnt say “Engine was replaced under TSB/warranty” and he says he did the rear main “just because” and it’s got 106k miles on it. It’s probably a heaping pile of shit. Not to mention, he is asking to much.
hypocrite?
Hahahah.
^Truth, it may be in your price range, but its def not cheap to try and fix all the things that could potentially be wrong with it, isn’t quite like buying a fix er upper honda HaHa, I vote no go
I was looking at a similar deal on a better car with lower miles a while back… I decided against it.
I have always said, “It is one thing to able to “buy” a Porsche but it is entirely different to be able to “own” a Porsche.”
I have owned a few and decided I can’t afford them. lol
