Full Disclosure of vehicles condition:
I am an honest seller and like to be totally upfront about the condition of whatever I am selling so here are all known “issues” a potential buyer may find. The aftermarket front bumper was backed into lightly and it has some paint chips and spider cracks but its not that noticeable unless you really stare at it. The car will come with the OEM front bumper (not pictured) and both the GT3 and OEM rear deck lids. Because I noticed the OEM deck lid hydraulics started to work slowly I disconnected the speed sensor (which raises the OEM rear wing at 70 MPH) to prevent it from being stuck in the raised position. The cars paint is around 8/10, very well maintained but a few scratches/chips from its almost 14 years of use. There are ZERO leaks on this car and since it comes with the GT1 block you don’t have to be concerned with the IMS/RMS issues other 996 vehicles were plagued with. The front brakes pads have around 40-50% life. The rear tires were just replaced due to camber wear.
Overall the car is in great shape and it shows.
My asking price is $49,999 for everything.
feel free to text/email if you have any questions or would like extra pictures
Always been one of my favorite examples of a 996. No clue what is next but I am sure you will do a great job in finding a suitable replacement. Wish I was in the market to make an offer but 2000hp worth of muscle cars and a new daily in the works has me a little over budget at the moment.
ughh soo much sex in this thread lol…such a nice looking tasteful Porsche. Not that its even in the same caliber as yours but I was looking at an 07 cayman that was right around the same price range as my fr-s but didnt pull the trigger because its my daily and a warranty was needed. GLWS this thing is a beauty!
Maybe go into what some of this stuff is worth? I looked on NADA, KBB, and actual auto trader listings, and i can’t see why this is worth more than like…33? 34?
I’m not trying to be a dick, I’m just curious - maybe describe some of the value so its justifiable.
996 never went up like the other pcars.
it books in excellent perfect condition for 33, and on auto trader’s actual examples of cars for sale, it would MAYBE fetch $38-40 if it had 30k or less miles. maybe $50-60k if it had 5000miles
