The 300z got a two steps of polishing, then topped with some wolfgang fuzion wax. I had done a complete interior detail prior.
The paint was in pretty good shape, had some swirls and marring, but no deep scratches or any spots that required extra attention.
Here is what she looked like when i showed up. Just some light dust
After it was washed and clayed the paint was inspected.
Here are a 50/50 shots
And the sun shots after all the polishing was completed
And some final shots.
Thanks for looking.
Love that color
Everytime I see this car it makes me go that mine isn’t out yet!
That is a really good looking car.
Looks good, love the car too.
Are you using a PC or rotary? What kind of polishes do you use?
For correction, i have 2 DA, 2 flexs and two dewalts. I use a rotary 95% of the time. As far as polishes i have the full menzerna, mequiars, 3m, pinnacle lines. On every car i do test spots to see what will give me the best results for the amount of work the client wants. When doing any serious correction work reading are taken with a paint thickness guage to detrmine how much room i have to work with.
If you have any question about how to correct something or about any tools i will do my best to answer them. The DA’s are a griots and porta cable. The flex’s one is a rotary the other is the 3401. the dewalts are the standerd one along with the brand new X model.
I have many many diffrent brands of pads also.
