It’s not really that rare to find an SS with cloth seats I’ve seen plenty of them. But it is not an SS. It’s a Z28 with SLP SS air lid, SLP loud mouth exhaust. RKsport carbon fiber SS style hood with SLP insert, fiberglass SS wing with SLP third brake light, chrome SS style ZR1 wheels, GM SS emblems and SLP SS floor mats.

If I remember right in CA the plates stay with the car regardless of who owns it or how many times its been bought and sold. Apparently this car came from there at some point.

for a z28 with miles on her even tho the drivetrain is freshend up id say 5-6g is a good price. id like it better if it were still in z28 form bit its seems alright, bed time of yr to sell car like this. come spring it will be goneeee!
