I checked this xterra out and it needs a lot of work engine wise, and it has known frame damage.
This was noted twice on auto check and it never was fixed, this was bought from a local dealer known for selling junk cars.

Very, very similar. My friends came with a flip up sun roof so it can’t have the wind deflector/cargo box on the roof. It eerily has the same mileage also.
