I Have a 04 buick regal gs same thing as the monte carlo ss… easy to mod, cheap to mod, not as much of a sleeper as the buick but just as fun… sounds like he is asking full retail price. tell him you will give him the kelly blue book and your golden… unless he has mods then it might be worth it…
