2002 toyota tundra sr5 v8 4wd

Throwing this up here for my cousin. He bought this truck off here a year or two ago from a member I cant remember who exactly. But the truck runs and drives great and had a brand new rear end installed last year. Body has some big dents and some scratches but mechanically its solid as hell. Would make an awesome work truck.

My old truck. I do miss her. Body is rougher than when she left my possession, but she is a solid truck, and great in the snow. Good price.

[Side note…I wish all pads were as easy to change as they are on these trucks. They slide in without removing the caliper. Just a small holding spring to remove.]

yea my cousin isnt the best driver as you can tell but hes kept up on the car since the day you sold it to him. always on time with oil changes and what not plus the rear end alone was 1500. Def an awesome work truck.

paging iank

Are those the ones they have been replacing the frames on over at the old lexus dealer?

I have no clue what your referring to lol…

It may have an open recall where they replace the frame, Toyota Recalls 110,000 Tundra Pickups For Frame Corrosion

^^^I thought it was just the Tacoma’s that were replacing breaking frames. guess the tundras are getting new frames as well.

def something to keep in mind for someone looking to buy this.

Is that sitting at KAM

id been under this truck a few times and the frame is solid. But hell if you can get a free new frame out of the deal then thats sweet.

yes it is.

I am 99% sure I took it to the dealer when they were doing the recalls and the frame did not require any work… I believe they replaced the gas tank straps.

Bump this is still for sale, really would make an awesome work truck. My cousins moving to cali next month so this needs to go!

Frame recall has now expanded to Tundras, Sequoias and soon to hit 4Runners.

Off topic, but what year 4runners? I have a 99sr5 with 43k miles but it looks pretty rusty underneath. It was used exclusively as a winter car but it looks a bit extreme for the mileage and the weekly car washes. Btwthese tundras don’t die. The ones I looked at all bad 200k or more and still ran and drove great

yes the v8 motors are bullet proof.

bump make an offer he really need to sell this so he can move to california

Final price drop he said 3,000 for nyspeeders. You wont find a better work truck for 3k!
