2004 Dodge Neon SRT-4

LOL … Good Question!

I found it a pain doing the summer/winter wheel change thing, so I got an '06 Focus ST that was better suited for year round driving.

A year later though, I sorely missed the extra 100 hp so I looked around for a suitable replacement. By then SRT-4’s had been discontinued (I don’t trust buying used performance vehicles), and the only thing close to the SRT in power/$$/mpg was the Balt SC.

But the stock SC was still short about 40hp. GM Stage 2 took care of that, and now I run All-Season tires to avoid the seasonal wheel swap thing (it’s definitely a compromise though, not the best handling in Summer … not as good as snows in the Winter).

I still miss my SRT. The SRT’s exhaust had a “nasty” little sound to it that I have never heard duplicated on any SC (stock or aftermarket pipes).
