Debatable.

I pissed off some neighbors at 8:30pm last night. :excited

Car will be ready to roll tonight. Next time the roads are dry and somewhat salt-free I’ll take it for a rip and post vidz…

congrats… doin quick work

P.O.S.

I got a neon for you to race.

Drove the car around a little bit today. Made a run from CP to EG and back. It appears that my thermostat isn’t opening all of the way, which is fine, because I planned on running a lower temp anyway. Looks like everything else is good though. Car should have a rough tune on it early next week.

Seems slow. Have you flogged your injector seats yet? Re calibrated the reverse rotation rotary mechanism on the turbo charger body? If not you should, your loosing major power without them.

:rofl

OEM t-stat: 195*
Desired t-stat: 180* - $20+S&H online and a week wait
Stratus 2.4L t-stat = 180*
Stratus t-stat + SRT-4 t-stat = Same dimensions
Stratus t-stat = $5 locally and available.

Google FTW.

I would have just injected my radiator with NAWS to get the temps down. but thats just me.

Stopped by Albany Speed Shop this afternoon because Yetti and I decided we should dyno the car while eating Taco Bell.

Car made peaks of 362whp/293wtq at 22psi before the crappy clutch gave out. I’m not going to make estimates, but I can tell you that it fell off when the car actually started to make power… So you can take your guesses at what it will actually do once the clutch is installed.

Keep in mind, this is baseline. Untuned, stock heat range plugs, at 22psi. I can take another 1.5 out on the AFR.

Take a look at the AFRs… This is a emailed rescale tune unmodified. Pretty damn good! Next up is the clutch and input shaft before I can continue to do any tuning…

Nice cars going to be a monster

I can only hope… lol

I can’t wait to see what it will do with the new clutch, 2-step colder plugs, C16, and high boost. lol

Very nice.

Looks like a fun ride, congrats.

trq is even decent on it

Nice Jim! This is stock longblock still right? What’s the compression ratio?
