First off I never said PSU wasn’t one of the teams possibly being upset, but everyone knows PSU plays nobody this year so Mich St. must be crap  (although Mich. St does actually have 2 losses at this point)
Personally I think away at Iowa this week has a greater potential for being a problem simply as it is away coming off a bye week and Mich St. is a home game.
Yes a fumble by a freshman is the only reason PSU beat OSU. Seems like there were a lot more plays than 1 that led to the outcome in that game.
Yes TT beat the number one team, however it was a depleted version of the team that got the number one ranking by winning at Oklahoma. If TT can go into Oklahoma in three weeks and take out Oklahoma I’ll give them plenty of credit as they will most likely only be the Big 12 championship game from going 13-0 and playing for the BCS championship. (noting TT beat Kansas who lost to USF is entertaining. USF is currently tied with Syracuse in the competition for the least of the Big LEast).
The rankings are pretty much a joke and for the most part meaningless until the end anyway. As I said before, if one or both of the SEC/BIG 12 produce 13 win undefeated teams they should be playing for the championship under the crappy present system.
Personally I would put my money on Texas Tech losing at Oklahoma and whoever ends up winning that section of the Big 12 (Texas, TT, Oklahoma, however that tiebreaker would work) winning in the title game and ending up 12-1. Florida winning the SEC at 12-1. USC at 11-1. PSU at 12-0 and then the arguing to get really bad with who should get to play in the BCS title game (with the best one-loss argument coming from the winner of the Big 12).
one loss michgan st was in reference to the conference standings and how it would pertain to a 3 way tie in the big 10 should MSU beat PSU. the 2nd MSU loss is irrelevant to the conference title.
incase i recall colt mccoy did play against TT. missing players yes…depleted …NO …come on…its texas!
