the pic of the STI hatch isn’t TOO bad, but they could have done a better job i think
04/05 front end > 06+ imo
I like the 06 Alfa front end, think it looks great.

Most WRC cars are rockin hatches now, im thinking there may be some sort of method to the madness.
I think that sides shot does look pretty hot almost like an even more badass mazda 3 hatch
I could see them doing the hatch thing to keep up with the “standards” in WRC. that would make sense to me I guess.
with how much they put into the WRC series, it probably weighs a lot on their decisions
At this point in time tho can anyone honestly say (at least subaru owners) that there is any body style that they truly hate.
I was the biggest advocate for 06+ hate, and eventually I almost traded my 05 in for an 06 and I know im not the only one who warmed up to it.
imho, all body styles have ended up hot, 93 all the way to 07 in hatch or sedan so I bet people will come around to this one too. (not to mention all the aftermarket vendors who eat subaru up and most likely will provide a new grill asap.)
GC8’s are much nicer looking than anything they have put out since… too bad their performance in the usdm market is shite

yes please. it needs a new front lower valence… maybe just white or yellow (not orange) indicators, but the rest of the car is the BALLS.
Speaking of the 22B, why isn’t subaru just doing that again and celebrate the 50th anniversary with a limited amount of amazing sti. Rather than completely redesign the wrx?

Everything about that car was bad ass when i sat in it. The fenders are so goddamn big, thie picture doesnt do them justice.
