Trying to help a friend sell her bike. It’s a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250. Completely stock and comes with a WARRANTY through June 2013!! Has 1500 miles and has been well maintained. What MPH will the 250cc see? Will it do 70 on the higway no problem?

Newer 250’s like this will do 70 no problem. And for reference, I was getting 40-45 MPG in my 636 Ninja this past summer so you’ll easily get 60+ with a 250. Probably closer to 70MPG I would guess. At the moment I’m not sure if she will upgrade or not. It certainly won’t happen until this gets sold first.
My friends wife has a 09 250r, I believe she gets ~70mpg commuting to work. These are really cool bikes, not going to have a problem selling it at all after the first warm day of spring.
