2012 Silverado LT

A friend of mine purchased a brand new 2012 Chevrolet Silverado LT with the All Star Package about a week ago and asked me if I could take a few shots of it. I like shooting brand new, stock vehicles because they are just that; brand new. I’ve wanted to use this gravel pit for another truck shoot for a while, I took a few shots of mine here a couple years ago - Im a sucker for desert like landscapes and this is as close as you can get in the northeast.

The truck is very similar to mine, just a Chevrolet and one trim level lower. Even the paint color is the same. Since it was cold out I didn’t dare to attempt a rig shot of it, so I made a short video clip instead.

4 6 and 9 are my favs … but something about 4 makes me wiggle

Im liking 3 and 5 myself. These make pics in the sales literature look dumpy

Nice truck, but GMC’s All Terrain package looks SO much better!

All Terrain is nice but I still kick myself for not getting another crew cab. That extra space is nice.

one trim lower and its a LTZ which trim is yours? I thought LTZ was chevy’s highest trim.

He works for a local dealership, he stuck the LTZ on there like a true truck ricer lol. He has an LT.

i like it, but just a thought: shoot it doing truck stuff. even poser truck stuff. park it on one of those little piles of gravel or something. get it dirty.

I agree however the truck is brand new lol.

I’ve always wanted to do a fake GMC promotional photo utilizing a farm, bales of hay being loaded into the bed of my truck. Hours of planning for one shot, pipe dreams though, pipe dreams. Some day if shit slows down and I have more free time I may try it.

I have a farm… and hay… and another truck… and barns, and dirt, and tractors, rocks, corn, pretty much literally every farm thing you can imagine. Get at me.:skid
