I’m all southtowns when it comes to fish fry. Colden lakes is closing AGAIN… fuck the property owner Judy who’s jacking up their rent and the tenants making a killing taking them to court. Last Run is for sale AGAIN. Fireside is still a solid Fry. West End inn is on the decline in regards to the building condition, but the kitchen turns out a good fish fry. Been a few since I hit up the Holland Willows. Mason’s in the burg, Buffalo Street Grille, and Tony Romes in EA come in as honorable mentions.
Roman cafe in north tonawanda has an excellent fish fry. I particularly like the blackened fish.
It’s been a few years since I’ve had one but Weichec’s on Clinton St. in Kaisertown usually has a good fish-fry. I’ve been getting them from there since I was a kid.
Just had another cajun ff on Friday at the well. Damn good.
