The last place you ate, and rate it...

In an attempt to stop the “Where do you wanna go to eat” question that comes up every week. Try to keep it non-chain places. No one really needs to know how your Burger was at McDonalds

Buffalo Chophouse.

Food was top notch, wine was good, it was expensive, but worth it.

Tops Sushi… - 1 out of 10 … I would rather eat cat food

Sabres Game 200 level grand nacho’s were awesome

Subway. 2/10. I think they started importing their vegetables from China. Tomatoes aren’t supposed to be translucent.

Guy ordered the wrong thing for my kids and their food was very late.
(Now free, but late)

I remember the days when I did not have to eat 2 bowls of soup and a salad with my pasta to feel full :frowning:

A couple of weeks ago it was Franks Sunny Italy.
8/10 I like their food and you get a lb of pasta per entrée.
(coincidentally, I ordered Fettuccine at both places)

Here’s a few from me lately:

Any’s Place: Like a dirtier, vegetarian friendly non-corporate Denny’s with a Greek flair.

9/10. They have vegan mac & cheese which is fucking AWESOME. (Even my non-vegetarian GF loves it). They have a ton of vegan options for me, and a bunch of “meat” options for other people. Best of all it’s CHEAP. Only complaint is the dirty lesbians.

Merge: Carnut reviewed this place. It’s vegan/vegetarian friendly with meat options as well. Also gluten-free friendly.

8/10. I usually have a good meal here. Fried pickles are really good… (surprisingly). Vegan mac and cheese is OK. Paninis are good. Vegan lasagna is OK.

Great Northern Pizza… i love that place. 9/10 for Food <$10.

Torches.

Very, very good.

I don’t think I’m brave enough to try vegan Mac-n-cheese.

<$10: Big Johns. Large cheese pizza was $8.xx on special this month.

Fuji Grill, Sushi, 7/10. Not the best sushi restaurant around, not the worst. Service was kind of slow.

I went like…2-3 weeks ago, after not going for a couple months, and a couple months before that. Def. not what I remember it being :frowning:

It’s not really “cheesy”

More like a baked noodle casserole, kinda… It’s REALLY good.

It’s only 1.5 miles from me AND 5.5 miles from Praxair.

Are they open for lunch?

I’m probably going to hit up Merge or Curly’s tonight.

Merge? I think they open at 11.

Do you work at Praxiar? What are some good places around here? We haven’t found much and usually end up to the boulevard?

Moe’s Southwest Grille

Monday Burrito (any burrito, drink, and chips/salsa) for $6.00 including tax.
