My personal vehicle that I had for ~5 months.
NYSpeed price of $38,900.
Great car, incredibly comfortable and pretty quick.
Vehicle comes with an additional 2 year/24,000 mile Certified Pre-Owned Warranty and our Engines For Life program.
Financing available and as always, I am happy to take anything in on trade.
Was one of the first 500 Golf R’s in the states and I will include the certificate, the watch, a key chain and other stuff that came with it.
Thanks in advance!

Yes sir!
Just sold two, one going to Ohio and the other Minnesota. There’s a white one on it’s way from Germany that will probably be staying “local”.
“Local” as in my driveway.
Hmm…I have been looking at this car or a new WRX

Well…
The Golf R is going to be a nicer daily and much quicker to boot. Plus there are only 2 or 3 in WNY, this being one of them.

Great read comparing the Golf R vs STi. A lot of it will apply to the WRX too.
And the ceiling fans stay!
Edit: Seriously though, was the wheel designer lying in bed staring up at the ceiling fan trying to think of a new design for the wheels? Not bad lookin, just sayin…
Incredible car with a 5 year, 60k warranty.

Cool color - great car for sure.
I don’t know a lot about these - so did they come out with the golfR, offered in MT…then drop the option for MT originally for the newer body styling?

I need to pick up one of those steering wheels for my CC.
Do these come from China? They might have become a bit harder to get.
if they’re built in Germany, I highly doubt they’d transport them across Asia, and ship them across the Pacific, if they were being ordered in NY…

I may have misunderstood the thread. It sounded based on almostbretts response that a German ordered one was different.
This Chinese source claims the list of damaged vehicles includes:
1065 Touaregs
114 Golfs
391 Beetles
84 up!s
257 Tiguans
39 SportsVans
28 Magotans (locally built Passats) and 770 “Specials”, whatever those might be
Not too many golfs in there to begin with

Golf R’s are only produced in Wolfsburg Germany.
The lease deal on these cars are halfway decent.
Even though it’s Pre-Owned, you can lease this car for $469/mo with just taxes down (Less than $2000).
