a new wrx is $40,000+. we all know a older impreza with a swap and some aftermarket parts will spank on it in every category. also cost alot less.
theres alot of examples. some cars can come out “better” but than the cost outweighs the performance. if the new 2013 wrx is a lil faster than the 2002 what makes the 2013 worth extra $35,000?
also newer cars are made to be maintained at the dealer. its getting harder and harder to maintain your own car if its newer.
