So what does this actually mean for the tax payer in the end ? Has anyone heard any figure as to how much we may be seeing, and I’m sure that it will effect next years taxes if its a decent amount. Any input will be great.

I was hearing conflicting stories and I was under the impression a few weeks ago that there was not going to be anything set in place for a goverment refund.
