9K no motor, tranny, interior is ok and exterior has a little rot on 1/4 panals. no rust underneath

My house purchase fell through, so I’m in the market for another car. I sold my 98 Eclipse GSX to get the damn house, so now I’m pissed and have to get something way better.
I’m leaning towards a 93-94 Supra TT… or save a bit and get a 97-98 240sx and swap either an SR20det or RB26dett into it. My options are open, just exploring what would be best for me.
