There is an anchor, you can see where the spot welds have been ground on the reverse side.

wish you messaged me EARLY. sharpe_corners sold me r32 rear brake assembly and kept telling me just make brackets and bolt in for my s13, TURNS OUT the cables are 7 inches too short to EVEN reach the cable from the hand brake. Also s13 Driveshaft dont fit r32 hubs. pay that fool $350
For s13 you need ,
E-brake assembly from Z32,r32,r33 tt,n/a,or,2+2
5 lug hubs from s14 or z32 n/a only or aftermarke
Cables from z32 2+2 only tt,n/a,r32 don’t work
Caliper from z32,r33,r32
Rotor from z32,r33,r32

Hope this info help you ^^^ The hub don’t fit because the axles are same as z32 tt or q45 or r33 you can still use the hub but you have to get axles ,
^ like he said if you want to use the GTR stuff you’ll need to get z32 2+2 cables and a GTR diff and axles. Swap rear cover of the diff and swap the input shaft flange from your s13 diff onto the R32 diff. Bit of work, but if you do it all you’ll have a much stronger driveline that can handle some serious power.
I told him what it was, i didnt pass it off as something else. I bought the same thing for my car and used them, idk what hes doing wrong. I like your brackets, i would of bought some if i wasnt in a hurry to do my ebrake.
