… Problems.
If the oil pump was changed then it was probably as a requirement and not regular maintenance. That means the engine was starved for oil because of a faulty oil pump. Running an engine for longer than startup time without the proper oil pressure is enough to score metal to metal parts permanently.
If you are planning on swapping this engine, then assuming the frame is straight you may have something good.
As a side note, whenever a seller willingly tells me the oil pump has been changed that means the engine has had problems. It is common to change it as a regular maintenance item but the owner will say, “Maintenance items changed,” instead.
In this case, considering the valve tick is there after YOU KNOW the oil pump was changed and may have had problems, you can almost expect that the engine is in bad condition.
